Surviving two abduction attempts - one at age 6 and another at 18 - along with experiences like living through 9/11, threats in my youth, and an attempted home break-in, shaped my perspective on life. These events didn’t make me a victim; they gave me a calling. My passion is helping others feel safe and secure in a world that often feels unpredictable. I approach life with open eyes and ears, my head on a swivel - not out of paranoia, but out of purpose. Some are drawn to fashion trends or pop culture; I’ve always been drawn to purpose-driven work that prioritizes impact, safety, and awareness. These aren’t just topics for me - they’re a way of life. If I’ve been through these situations, far beyond the average, why not use those experiences to help others protect themselves? What some may see as trauma, I see as valuable life lessons that fuel my drive to empower others with knowledge, awareness, and confidence. That drive also shows up in my advocacy. I’ve built a platform of over 10,000 followers by speaking up—for myself and for others. I have a natural instinct to give voice to people who haven’t yet found theirs, and I’m not afraid to use mine to challenge, inform, or inspire. Whether online or in person, I lead with authenticity and advocate with intention. A spontaneous planner, an extroverted introvert, an organized multitasker, a competitive team player - I am a living “paradox,” which throughout the years, has allowed me to increase my versatility and hone various skill sets. My prior work experience is in finance, but after a few years, I transitioned into areas that better aligned with my strengths: risk mitigation, strategic communication, and advocacy. I grew up as an education-focused athlete, constantly pushing myself to improve my knowledge and competency on and off the field. If a threshold was met, I pushed my goal even higher, and from those early challenges, I developed the drive and work ethic I have today. Though I naturally gravitate toward leading in different situations, my goal is to use my skills and knowledge to guide and support others in a way that allows them to feel secure and empowered. I believe in the power of influence over authority and aim to make an impact through collaboration and understanding.
