In 2022, I founded Bachir Ice Cream Middle East in Dubai to bring our family’s iconic Lebanese ice cream to the Gulf. Two years later, with four permanent stores across the UAE, a seasonal pop-up at The Ripe Market, and a strong partnership with Belhasa Hospitality, we’ve built a solid foundation. Now, we’re entering a new phase. Our flagship store in Doha is opening imminently—marking our first step beyond the UAE and confirming our long-term vision for the region. I’m based in Dubai and personally lead the brand’s expansion across the Gulf, staying true to its roots while adapting the experience to each market.
