My role spanned across B2B strategy, sales, and growth marketing, where I:

❇️  Built and led a growth engine across social media, SEO, partnerships, and brand ambassador programs that grew our visibility and community of more than 1.5M job seekers worldwide.
❇️  Structured and closed strategic deals with companies and HR tech players to position Jobgether as the global “CIO of remote talent.”
❇️  Shaped the brand narrative around the future of work, making Jobgether a trusted voice in the global conversation about remote employment.

From sales strategy to marketing execution, my focus has been driving adoption, building trust, and scaling impact in one of the most competitive and fast-evolving markets.

After finishing my studies, I moved to London with a suitcase, a guitar (I never actually played guitar but was definitely believing I would) and a 1,000€ student 0% loan.

After a year of doing not so interesting jobs and learning English, I somehow ended up working in recruitment, starting to open the French and Belgian markets from scratch.

Loads of downs, amazing ups, building a team of 40+ multicultural people, invoicing a few M£ (circa 20 to be exact), my employer then sent me to Paris to open the French subsidiary. I was 31 and a new dad. 

After 2 years living in the (not so) beautiful French capital, I quit. 
With 0 back up plan
2 weeks later, the Covid lockdown happened

To make things spicier, I decided to start a company with a Belgian guy I talked to twice on Zoom call. While everyone thought it was a crazy idea, I took my chances and never looked back. After 5 years of building, failing, raising money, selling, meeting people, learning, the business took a U-turn and I decided to step down my operational role as a co-founder.

Now I'm in a path of finding my next job opportunity, meeting founders, CEOs and Country Managers. Real estate projects are my #1 choice. Doing sales consulting for a few months until I find what will excite me for the next 10 years.

I have also launched a project that helped 40,000 Ukrainian people to relocate through Europe in 2022.

That's a bit about me

I am joining VIVLA as an International Sales Leader 🤩

After building Jobgether for 6 years and a hard decision to step down from my operational role, I am super pumped to join one of the most ambitious Spanish startups: VIVLA

It all started with a Linkedin post where I shared how great Vivla was. I also casually tagged the CEO Carlos and asked him if he had time for a coffee to discuss a potential collaboration. 3 weeks later, I am officially joining Vivla as part of a new team in charge of opening international markets.

VIVLA is redefining second home ownership by helping people buy, own, and sell fractions of amazing second home in the most beautiful parts of Spain (Ibiza, Menorca, Cantabria, Baqueira, Costa del Sol..). 
It's basically all the advantages of owning a home with none of the pains because VIVLA is in charge of everything.

After 15 years working in recruitment, moving sector was not easy but I knew working in Proptech is what will motivate me for the next 15 years (I hope to retire in Portugal by then). The last 6 weeks have been actually intense meeting a lot of ambitious founders, CEO and Country Directors. I knew Vivla was the right fit for me straight after my first meeting with the CEO. I thought I like the VIVLA product
Now I absolutely love it and I am more than convinced I made the right choice in joining this startup

VIVLA is simply defined by an amazing culture, awesome colleagues, brand new office in El Viso, Madrid´s best neighbourhood and, of course, a very innovative product about to completely change the way we think secondary homes

The same way WeWork made us see how sharing offices was the future, the same way car leasing companies made us see how sharing cars was the future, VIVLA is is making us see how fractional secondary houses is the future

Why: 
✅  On average, people use their secondary homes 2 to 4 weeks per year. Still, they have to pay the whole price, all the maintenance and it becomes an expensive asset

✅  Using VIVLA allows you to access amazing homes for only a 1/8 of the price (fraction start around 100K only)

✅  It's not a TimeShare model because, here, you actually are an owner of the fraction (you sign with notary). It means your asset can be resold for a better price if you need the money

✅  You have access to the house 6 weeks per year, with a guarantee of 2 weeks during high season, 2 weeks during mid-season and 2 weeks in low season

✅  All maintenance is being handled by Vivla. Every time you arrive to the house, it's clean, the garden is perfect, the pool is clean, the beds are made and all appliance work. And you only pay 1/8 of the maintenance costs (200 to 400€ per month)

✅  If you can't make it to the house when it's your turn, Vivla can rent it out for you on Airbnb. 1 week rented usually cover your annual maintenance costs. 

✅  Cherry on the cake, thanks to a partnership with ThirdHome, you can exchange your house with up to 17,000 other luxury houses globally. Travelling will never be so cheap for you. 

So, what's the catch ?
There is only 8 fractions per house. They usually sell within a few weeks..

The last 6 weeks have been very intense, meeting 3 to 4 people a day in the Proptech (and Tech) industry and I have been baffled by the level of energy, ambition and drive there is in Madrid

I know I am in the right place to develop my professional (and personal) life for the next 10 years

After 15 years working in recruitment, my wish was to move to the PropTech industry because it's a passion that has been growing on me in the last 10 years.
Of course, it's never easy to change sector and I was fearing companies would not want someone (close to 40) new in this industry. Yet, another great surprise was to see that most founders I met look much further than my past and tried to understand who I really was and what drives me today and tomorrow.

And, after received 3 offers last week, I have now made my mind..and will be announcing it soon

I could not be more excited to start this awesome project next week, with a team of great minds and professionals, filled with ambition, drive and willingness to succeed

2 weeks in VIVLA and I am already planning my first trip to Sotogrande to meet with a potential client
I have to admit the first 2 weeks have been intense and I have been learning already a lot about Spanish luxury real estate

Fractional real estate investment is not for everyone but it's a great model and it answers a clear need for people:

✅  who don't want to pay the full price of a secondary home while using it only a few weeks per year
✅  who want to access to Premium houses, fully managed and just enjoy their holidays (and nothing else)
✅  who want to be part of a worldwide network of luxury houses and be able to exchange their house with another one all around the world
✅  who is happy with having a liquid asset and be able to resell it in a few years if they want to (and make a profit out of it)
✅  who want to access markets with low housing offer (Formentera or Menorca for example)

I am already convinced by the model.
