🌐 My Journey at Vue Storefront:

I joined Vue Storefront with the mission to kickstart their outbound sales motion. This was a unique challenge that required a blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution.

In the beginning, our outreach was experimental. Through A/B testing and feedback loops, we iteratively refined our messaging and targeting.

Established KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of outbound campaigns, providing the data-driven backbone for our sales strategy.

Worked closely with the Marketing and Product teams to align our sales messaging with broader company narratives and product updates.

While at Vue Storefront, I took it upon myself to continuously learn and adapt. I engaged in multiple sales training programs and kept abreast of the best practices in the SaaS industry.

🛡 Why I Moved On:

After setting up a robust outbound sales framework and setting the groundwork to onboard new BDRs, I decided it was time to seek a new challenge where I could leverage my skills to make a larger impact.

🌟 Designed and led experiments that increased Mid Market SDR team performance by adding an extra 1.2 meetings per rep.
🌟 Developed processes for leveraging Customer Advisory Board (CAB) connections.

Over the course of 7 months, met every week with the CEO, CMO, VP of Sales, and other DMs to brief and outline the strategy for New Markets outbound efforts and evaluate the business impact of the team.

Collaborated with Marketing and GTM managers to develop cadences, and outreach strategies, and crack ways to break into new verticals.

🌟 Suggested new onboarding materials that then got implemented in all future onboarding processes

🌟 Designed GTM Strategy directly with the Head of Sales for new verticals, resulting in breaking into accounts located in Italy, France, UK&I, and more.

knok hired me as part of the founding business development team. My primary responsibility was to build my own book of business from scratch as the company started exploring the international SaaS market.

I co-led the motion to move the whole revenue team into a consultative sales framework.

For that, I contributed by writing copy, building business cases, and developing the strategy and initiatives to target new verticals and new geographies.

Milestones:
🌟 Established and nurtured over 10 Institutional Relationships with international Banks, Insurers, and Asset Managers.
🌟 Designed key client account strategies, breaking into 5 new key accounts and increasing assets under management by over 50%, totaling €2.5M.
🌟 Collaborated with strategic business partners in Luxembourg and Switzerland to develop joint venture approaches to the Portuguese and Brazilian markets.

🌟 Conceptualized and executed an art exhibition merging the worlds of Art and Finance, focusing on the quality of life after retirement.
