resources, payroll, and professional development.
• Built entire software suite, including CRM and product management software, to effectively manage remote team
operations while utilizing Agile workflow methodologies.

• Coached 200 customers and collaborators from 11 industries through the process of deployment of a new product including visual design, functional specifications, technical specifications, software and information architecture, test cases and test execution. e.g., Used physical presentation, virtual support and gamification to allow attendees to better understand challenges, solutions and best practices of release management and agile development.

• Led the communication on ≈20 projects and edited hundreds of reports and project documentation ensuring that all stakeholders were up to date. e.g., Oversaw a project  for IS-Aix and worked with faculty at all levels, from teachers to the president, adapting the speech to be perfectly understood allowing all external and internal stakeholders to share a common goal.

Designs and implements the best security solutions for an organization’s needs and manage day-to-day security and threat operations, including inter-services communications and change management.

• Served as main project manager for the Chief Information Security Officer. e.g., Recommended, delivered and managed the security system (Symantec) upgrade for ≈3,500 computers, ≈1,800 servers, and dozens of services, from providers interviews (Symantec, Sophos) to post-project reports and partnerships recommendations, accelerating the proactive transition to an up-to-date system.

• Prioritized critical issues and reports to prevent teams from being overloaded by finding ways to mitigate the impact of complications on business operations, involving a large inter-service collaboration.

• Collaborated cross-functionally with HR department, SAP Manager, and CISO to streamline staffing, training, and logistics processes. e.g., Led an initiative to improve Hopps termination protocol in 2018 to reduce security breach risk at the request of Hervé Cadeau, Hopps' Chief Information Security Officer.
