I have graduated with an MSc in Civil Engineering from Leeds University UK, but when the construction crisis hit my home country Greece, it lead me to a different career path in 2016. Since then I have worked briefly as a technical writer in Softomotive (which was acquired recently from Microsoft) and then for two years as a React, Meteor full stack developer for an online marketplace selling art, called Artlimes. The company used Stripe to process payments from all over the world and by the time I left, it counted more than 800 individual shops from 22 countries. From February 2021, I worked as a front-end developer for Asian Logic. AsianLogic-SportsServe is an international company with more than 2k workforce and a leader in e-gaming technologies in the Southeast Asia. More specifically I have been working as a Web Developer in order to modernize the legacy Backbone framework into the latest React Hooks - Next.js Front End. I have also worked as a scrum master in parallel and I have been an integral party in 3rd party integrations, new features and Library modernization. From November 2023 I am working as a Front End engineer for NTT DATA, the 6th largest IT service provider in the world, in the UNFCCC, ETF project of the United Nations.
