Linnify is simplifying life through innovation since 2016. We developed a full suite of services in order to achieve the market success for any life changing idea: 

    - end to end product development and market placement.
    - clean and intuitive design that attracts users and keeps them engaged.
    - software development that combines frontend and backend to make the ‘ends’ meet.
    - targeted marketing mix that correctly positions your product in front of your audience.

We focus on creating software products to enable lean and future-oriented solutions. By working closely with partners and clients in Science, Research and Human Health related industries, we foresee an improvement on life experiences.  

Until date, we have launched several startups ourselves and delivered end-to-end outstanding products that are user centric and fit our customers’ vision.

My role as a Linnifian includes: 
-Making sure that our business strategy is being understood and implemented.
- Ensuring an environment where people feel comfortable and are set for growth.
- Enabling authentic ideas and solutions into our teams by focusing on the ‘why’.
- Nurturing an excellence based culture by helping everyone live and manifest our values: vision, authenticity and unity.

Notifier

Notifier is a mobile app which aggregates adverts in Real Estate, Automobile and big adverts platforms. With a real time notifications system, the app lets users know in less than two minutes that a new advert of interest has been posted. With Notifier the users are on top of the latest announcements through a single app.

It all came to us whilst feeling overwhelmed by the many platforms available on web and mobile when looking to buy or rent something. And we wondered what if there was a way to save all the time spent on an intended purchase. Shortly, we made it happen and once again we simplified life through innovation. 

Our objective was to build the core part of the software which is scrapping the information and processing it through a scalable and cost efficient architecture.

My main roles were to help with:
- Building a start-up from the ground up.
- Bringing the idea to a solution phase. 
- Creating a business and development plan.

Aidorando GmbH

Aidorando is creating the insurance market of tomorrow by setting a new standard for reliability and communication between brokers, customers, product partners, and insurance companies. 

By working together with domain experts, we are improving the platform to satisfy our users' needs. Making the entire process more efficient brings benefits to all parties involved. By reducing unnecessary costs, we can offer more options to customers and allow them to live a peaceful life.

Project Manager

deliverME

Everyone got their first one. Ours is deliverME. 

The start-up project was built to make grocery shopping a better experience for everyone. The app was aggregating several different Retailers and their offers into one place. Our great achievement back then was to enable same-day deliveries. So we did. 

Together we learned how to build a start-up.
I focused on pitching, on the business plan and its development, I made my first sales and first deliveries.

National Instruments

I just loved to go the extra mile each and every day. 

Working at National Instruments was a wonderful experience. Even if my initial role was a Fullstack Developer on .NET, I was always attracted by the business side of it.    

For the last half of 2016 I moved into an amazing Javascript team. By working with them I improved my team and collaboration skills. In this team I had the chance to pick up and maintain conversations with other teams and work together with them to achieve the desired solutions.

Software Development Intern

I am passionate about bold ideas that can shape the future for the better. As the co-founder and co-CEO of Linnify, a digital product studio that simplifies life through innovation, I work with partners and clients on validating their products and building future-oriented businesses. 

I was also a student of the Oxford Entrepreneurship: Venture Finance Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, where I learned how to raise and invest capital for high-growth ventures. I have a background in computer science, with a degree from the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca and an exchange program at University College Cork.

I have a high interest in biotech and completed a course on CRISPR: Gene-editing Applications at HarvardX.
