The client, a US software solutions provider, was aiming to capitalize on the business potential of the fanclubs market but was unable to do so due to lacking a SaaS solution

• 𝗥𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗽 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗯𝘆 𝟲𝟬% compared to a big map service provider by implementing an open source solution.

• 𝗥𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗽𝗽 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘂𝗽 𝘁𝗼 𝟴𝟬% by designing a centralized solution using a customized component called whenever the notifications appeared.
