The SAP team is offering support, development and consultancy services for a client in France, the biggest clearance company in Europe: NOZ – that has 300+ stores and 8 Logistic platforms in France plus 5 stores and one platform in Romania, with a lot of custom transactions and tables, developed for their own specific flow.

•	Monitoring of the ticketing system for the SAP support in the local instance of GLPI ticketing system
•	Attending the weekly meetings for the SAP project management team, which is composed of French and Romanian project managers

- Customization of SAP Enterprise Learning (PE-LSO/EL), integration and configuration with SAP NetWeaver Portal and Adobe Connect PRO 7.5 for eLearning courses in the academic environment for National Intelligence Academy “Mihai Viteazul”. Responsible for configuration of SAP Enterprise Learning platform.
- In charge of the configuration of SAP ECC 6.0 Learning Solution, creating the structure of the course catalog, creating roles and authorizations for the users, configuring the BSP HCM_LEARNING and the integration with Adobe Connect PRO for synchronous learning using Virtual Learning Rooms from Adobe.
- I used SAP Authoring Environment for creating tests and publishing the courses in SCORM format into the Content Management System.
- I developed the operating procedures and instructed the power users using SAP Enterprise Learning Platform.

2. Teletrans S.A. – SAP HCM implementation.
- Responsible for the analysis and configuration of human resources processes: PA, OM, PA-CM-CP, EFM.
- Realization of the Business Blueprint for the HCM implementation based on the analysis made together with the client.
- I developed the operating procedures and instructed the power users.
- Single point of contact for post-implementation operations and providing support in using the SAP HCM system.

Other projects:
1. Conpet SA: Project manager for SharePoint 2013 implementation: Registry and Document Management.
- Main responsibilities were planning and tracking the entire project implementation and installing applications: SQL Server 2014 in a cluster environment: Active – Passive and SharePoint Server 2013 farm in a configuration of two servers: application and search center. I also installed and configured another virtual server for Office Web Apps.
- Single point of contact for post-implementation operations and providing support in administering and using the application.

Responsible for business analysis and configuration of the SAP Retail system and preparing the Blueprint and operating procedures. There are seven company codes and we made this analysis and configuration on all of them.

3. PROCA - SAP MM & WM Consultant
Responsible for business analysis and configuration
of the system SAP Manufacturing and preparing the Blueprint.

4. Diverta - a solution based on SAP ERP 6.0 and the SAP Best Practices for Retail package. I was responsible for the business analysis on Purchasing and Inventory Management.

Stock controller at DDM - media distribution and Diverta - retailer. Here I was responsible for returns to vendors and ranging of the products so that they will be in a class with a corresponding Min-Max for purchasing, and then imported into the ERP that DDM and Diverta were using - Cogito2. I also was responsible for giving the managers the reports they need using the ERP system and Microsoft Excel and arranging them.

For DDC - books distribution and Diverta - I worked with ERP system Cogito 3, developed by Sistec-Sbsol, helping the team implement, optimize and improve the reports needed by purchasing department.

I developed the matrix for purchasing stock and this led to a better administration of stock.
