While working at Dixie Divers, I managed all of the e-commerce for the business on three separate platforms including Amazon, eBay and the company website. I am well versed in working with merchant-fulfilled sales on Amazon as well as Fulfilled By Amazon (FBA). At this thriving small business, I managed inventory, attended to customer service requests and fulfilled shipping orders. A large part of my job was manually packaging products in the most cost-effective way possible, accounting for materials, carrier and insurance, all up to my discretion. I was given the autonomy to utilize discounts, offer upgrades and do anything to provide an exemplary experience for the customer while doing so in the most affordable manner possible. 

In the past year of my role, I have been the in-house copywriter for the company, writing brochures, social media posts and future blogs. My biggest project to date is the website copy for a brand new website, of which we offer 28 recreational scuba courses, 12 professional scuba courses, 6 technical diving courses and over 3000 unique products. This is in addition to pages dedicated to additional services such as equipment servicing and rentals, boat charters and more.

Worked at the headquarters of a local not-for-profit clinic, offering 14 separate clinics in the area of Tampa Bay to bring health care to the diverse under-served constituents of Tampa. As a Health Information Manager (HIM): 

- Monitored and supervised tasks of 11 staff members of the medical records service and E-Fax teams
- Coordinated procedural implementation for the creation, auditing, tracking, closing, destruction, and storage of all medical records for 14 separate clinical facilities 
- Developed and revised policies and procedures to ensure compliance with HIPAA and legal requirements
- Collaborated with the financial officer as well as the Chief Information Officer (CIO)
