With over 5 years of experience in HR and people operations, I am passionate about creating work environments that foster employee engagement, productive workflows, and growth. I work as a People Operations Coordinator at BTC Inc, the world's original and largest Bitcoin media company, where I support the company's mission to grow the visibility and voice of the Bitcoin movement. In my role, I am responsible for onboarding, payroll compliance, software management, employee experience, HRIS Management and ongoing process improvements. I have launched company-wide initiatives such as performance reviews, engagement surveys, compensation cycles, and travel policies, using various tools and platforms such as Zenefits, Workday, Notion, Loom, and Lattice. I excel in making employees feel welcome, recognized, and fully engaged with the company and their fellow employees, while optimizing company processes. I also collaborate with hiring managers and the head of talent to coordinate and recruit top talent across multiple engineering teams, using active listening and social networking skills.
