At the heart of their new product development is User Research.  The Research team helps us maintain a user-focused mindset as they continue to grow our platform.

I led recruiting for the entire research team, including UX Research, Marketing Research, Behavioral Insights Research, and Research Operations.  I hired individual contributors at all levels from mid-level to staff/principal-level as well as all levels of leadership.  I also mentored a mid-level recruiter and two sourcers on the team.

In my tenure at Robinhood, I helped grow the team from 7 to approximately 40.  I also led a revamp of recruiting practices, including interview scripts, rubrics, and general recruiting/interview processes.
