As a Director of Design at Crowd Favorite, I've been entrusted with reshaping the Design Department from the ground up, establishing new standards and processes, while empowering our designers to deliver to their fullest potential through strong onboarding processes, career guidance and leadership.

Beyond processes, administration and documentation, I've always considered that a leader's place is with his people, throughout projects, and as such I've been an active participant from proposals and estimates, through discoveries, visual strategies, UX and UI designs, all the way through final QA, for as deep and as long as my team needed me.

A Director's role extends beyond the limits of their department, and as such, I've played an active role in improving our BD and client experiences, through close collaboration with other department heads (BD, Marketing, Technology) and by actively participating in the lead selection process and client calls, as early as possible in the timeline of a new project.
