As the Head of the Digital Content Distribution Service, I am responsible for the strategic development and operational management of Moldtelecom's core initiatives in digital media and telecommunications. My work encompasses the full lifecycle of digital content distribution, from planning and implementing advanced technologies to ensuring the seamless and reliable operation of IPTV and streaming platforms.

Developing and executing a comprehensive digital content distribution strategy to meet current and future customer needs.

Architecting Robust Network Infrastructure: Ensuring our network infrastructure is robust, scalable, and secure is paramount. I oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our network systems, guaranteeing uninterrupted connectivity and data flow across the organization.

Fortifying Cybersecurity Defenses:  I spearhead efforts to fortify our defenses against cyber threats, implementing cutting-edge security measures and protocols to safeguard our sensitive data and assets.

Leading IT Projects to Success: From conception to completion, I take charge of IT projects, ensuring they're delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. I turn ideas into reality.

Nurturing Collaborative Partnerships: Building strong relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders is key to our success. I collaborate closely with vendors to procure IT solutions that meet our needs, while also liaising with stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations.

Responsible for development concept of new services, development technical requirements  for new equipment. Implementation pilot-zone FTTx, GPON, NGN. Problem arising in network,complained by the branches, fixing and verification of solving problem. Establish relations with vendors and customers (Entone,Amino,D-Link,Zyxel,Huawei,ZTE,Iskratel,Glitel)
Concluding of the reports regarding the analisis of the results of FTTx devices. Network provisioning CPE (ACS/TR-069)
