My career has spanned a range of agency services from advertising and design, to digital transformation and strategic foresight. I’ve worked deeply across automotive, technology, sport, CPG, health and wellness, financial services, and gaming categories. The consistent element has been a skill for building enduring partnerships, and creating the conditions for breakthrough work to emerge. I am currently focused on building the agency arm of RADAR - a decentralized community of people thinking about and building better futures in multiplayer mode. Additionally, I run the growth consultancy Sail. We help independent agencies become active participants in building the futures they want, through a blend of strategy, systems, and hands-on support.
