Successfully raised $1,1 mil through marketing efforts, across 2 Equity Crowdfunding Campaigns, one of which was the largest in the region, fully funded in less than 3 hours.

Set up the Low-Code Academy in less than 3 months and launched the first Low-Code Course in Romania open to the public, along with setting up two other programs.

Graduated from the 500 Startups San Francisco Accelerator Program, which helped both the company & myself acquire a Growth Marketing mentality & reach Product-Market-Fit faster.

Developed processes to rapidly scale up growth & content marketing: organize 40+ webinars in less than 1 year,  brand assets that can be used by anyone in the organization, regardless of artistic vision or skill (Sales Presentations, Document, Marketing Templates, etc.), automated cold outreach processes along with traditional Start-up Marketing Activities (Website, Analytics, Paid Advertising, Social Media, PR). 

Supported Marketing & Brand Development efforts in a period in which the company managed to grow 500%, thanks to excellent involvement across the company, but especially from the leadership team.

My main responsibility as a consultant was to help retail and affluent clients in simple and complex decisions regarding their finances. Thus, I have helped numerous clients in optimizing their finances, whilst developing mutually profitable relationships for both the client and the employer.

Main Achievements:
Several improvements regarding internal processes, including optimization of the marketing tactics in the business unit, business wide improvements to end-products, business-wide improvements to the CRM platform, and introducing gamification tactics to internal platform for sourcing innovation (BCR Progres).

Main responsibility: Supporting sales processes in the proprietary unit through lead generation, sales pitching, optimization of internal operations.

Most notable achievements:
- completing the retail internship and attaining a full time job based on strong recommendations from the unit and district sales management team
- optimization of internal marketing activities that lead to increases in awareness toward certain services and to an increase in sales
