•	Efficiently managed a student case load of approximately 800 students including but not limited to- persistence, reentry, financial aid re-certification and completion of degree program.
•	Maintained a working knowledge of Federal, State and Institutional Policies governing Title IV student aid programs.
•	Closely monitored student attendance, grades, and corresponded with both students and parents via phone and email on a regular basis to assure retention, progression and completion. 
•	Evaluated student requests, identified issues, and determined appropriate means for resolution.
•	Implemented and managed new-hire training and development projects.
•	Designed Level 1, a leadership program specifically for Ashford University employees to enhance career development.
