• Pioneered and led Cisco's Global Innovation Centers across 14 countries , resulting in ~$410M in additional revenue from cutting-edge digital solutions such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), Blockchain, Analytics, Security, and Cloud.

• Crafted an integrated operating framework and strategy, spearheading consortia R&D, co-innovation, and joint go-to-market collaborations with public sectors, startups, developers, accelerators, VCs, and other pivotal ecosystem stakeholders. This leadership resulted in the launch of new products and facilitated M&A and investment activity.

• Led Global Digital Transformation Initiatives with key customers, launching 17 new solutions co incubated with the ecosystem player at Global Innovation Centers. 

• Championed cross-BU technological programs and co-innovation projects, fostering a harmonized cross-functional operating model and realizing an 11% OPEX savings.

•  Drove Digital Transformation and  Innovation portfolio governance, cross-functional business reviews and best innovation practice sharing across Office of the CEO, Corporate Strategy, Business Units, Sales and Engineering.
