At the time of leaving, the European business consisted of 34 native speaking consultants covering Spain, France, Germany and the Nordics. 

One major highlight was to launch our first European office in Berlin in June 2019 with a team of 5 including 1 x Senior Manager

Initially hired to launch and a specialist Commercial Technology business.

Over the course of 18 months, I was responsible for launching multiple teams focused on Mobile, Storage and Virtualisation and Digital.

Towards the end of 2014 I was promoted to manage the entire UK permanent business across Banking and Commercial.

I was brought on alongside 3 other managers to set up and launch a specialist Media focused recruitment business under the Huntress Group named the "The Media Practice". 

We grew the business to circa 25 heads, and had specialist teams focusing on Sales, Marketing and Technical positions within Digital Media. 

After 18 months, I was then asked to take on the responsibility of relaunching and managing the Business intelligence, SAP and Salesforce teams.
