Human Resources Generalist

Maintain personnel files, electronic records in HRIS, process employment applications, update employee files, notifying accounting department of correct payroll deductions for benefit elections, process benefit enrollment forms online, send COBRA notifications, process pre- and post employment screenings as needed, provide clerical support to the Workers Compensation program, and provide backup support and assist in special projects as needed.
