- Organized the Rhino air handling units Starfrance 2.0 program for the creation of the functional requirements specification to facilitate the request for proposal (RFP) submissions necessary to diversify the supply base, build out buffer inventory, update the existing controller firmware, and implement a more cost and mechanically efficient fan design into the global fleet.

- Launched the Product TPM Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process to assess engine block machinery failures for a Tier 1 generator supplier at their 78L (Indiana) and 95L (Daventry) factories that impacted production for the FY2025 globally awarded capacity.

•	Refining the site's work management processes, tracking and reporting of site metrics, facilitating maintenance planning meetings, and coordinating with contractors and vendors to balance the immediate needs of the site with longer term organizational goals.
•	Currently scheduling, and assigning, the weekly maintenance activities for the facility operations team of 20 Google technicians, 8 contractor technicians, and 2 facility managers in Maximo and Web Scheduler which includes project, preventative maintenance, commissioning, corrective maintenance, preventative maintenance repair, rack deployment, and inspection work orders.
•	Directing contracted labor in the efforts to collect attribute data on approximately 3k pieces of critical equipment by drafting the project documentation, establishing milestone deliverables, and communicating and escalating deviations to program stakeholders.
•	Created the PgM Maintenance Planner Onboarding program for the ramp up of new hires and the promotion of experienced technicians into the Program Management job family.
•	Worked cross functionally with the Engineering Residency Program and the Advanced Technology & Innovation team to secure entry level talent that would assist with implementing the Applied Virtual Reality program into greenfield data centers.

•	Developed procedure and generated an equipment maintenance strategy for butanol fin fans to prevent unplanned shutdowns totaling $170M/day in loss of production.
