Provide a broad-range of consulting services to local school organizations, as well as business leaders to support them in achieving established goals and objectives.

Travelled abroad to lead community development and educational impact efforts in various countries; adopted Mambanje Elementary School in Zimbabwe under the African Bush Camp Foundation; gathered school supplies for The Ann & Ted Kheel Polytechnic High School in the Dominican Republic, Holiness Born Again Church of Jesus Christ Apostolic in Montego Bay, Jamaica; and currently planning upcoming education and leadership related trips to Egypt, Jerusalem and Europe.

Education & Organizational Leadership Consultant 

Friends Of Eagle Committee

Conceptualized, founded and continue to provide strategic leadership of this committee focused on building community in the town of Eagle. Created committee vision, mission and strategy, recruiting team of 10 committee members to support the attainment of established goals. Lead the creation and execution of all organizational functions, including outreach and development campaigns, fiscal oversight, logistical planning and operational structure.

Partnered with committee members, local businesses and the community to plan and execute Our Community Table, an event that brings together people in the community. Established event plan, oversaw logistics and achieved successful inaugural event with 900 attendees and $6,500 in funds raised.

Networked within the community to gain buy in from businesses and individuals, as well as raising funds to support the event’s execution. Continue to grow participants with an expected 1,500 attendees and $10K funds raised for the upcoming 2019 event.

Presented to local businesses and influential leaders in the community to establish partnerships.

Created and continue to maintain the committee’s website, communicating key information regarding the Community Table event to individuals throughout the town of Eagle.

Founder/Senior Director

Fountain-Fort Carson School District 8

Hired to drive the analysis, alignment and implementation of the district’s assessment program for K-12 students. Partnered with administration and faculty at the school and district level to design strategies for enhancing student outcomes across the district through improved curriculum, programs and learning techniques.

Provided oversight of High School student achievement efforts and initiatives, working closely with students and teachers to identify issues and create action plans for maintaining performance levels.

Directed the Gifted and Talented and English as a Second Language programs across the district.

Oversaw Perkins, Expelled and At-Risk Student Services grants; monitored programs to ensure the attainment of grant requirements.

Selected to serve as part of the District Safety/Crisis team, collaboratively designing strategies for ensuring the safety of students and faculty.

Air Academy School District 20

Worked with school principal and district leaders to drive the introduction and management of academic strategies and programs. Assisted in providing leadership of overall administrative and educational operations for the school, including Special Education. Built and maintained strong relationships with students, teachers, administrators and parents to support positive student outcomes. Collaborated with administrators at the school and district level on program improvements.

Key contributor for multiple district-level committees, including School District/Vision, Principal Evaluation and Technology Strand Vision Development.

Served as Assessment Coordinator, leading the review and enhancement of academic programs, teacher performance and curriculum standards.

Co-authored School Evaluation Plan and provided supervision and mentoring for all teachers.

Developed and implemented the Unified Improvement Plan and led School Safety Initiatives, working with other team members to lead the development of emergency plans to maintain student and staff safety.

Elementary Assistant Principal

Harrison School District

Led the assessment of K-12 Special Education programs across the school district to ensure alignment with curriculum standards, as well as the district’s mission and vision statements. Functioned in a leadership role, providing coaching and mentoring for staff across the district by conducting performance evaluations and driving professional development.

Served as District Coordinator of Special Programs and Gifted & Talented Programs, as well as First Line Link to Director of Special Programs, Supervisors and Principals.

Liaised with District Autism Team and District Safety Crisis Team on the introduction of learning strategies and emergency response plans to maintain student safety.

Lewis-Palmer School District 38

Directed instructional leadership, staff development and evaluations, operations and curriculum development for elementary school. Recruited, hired and managed a team of administrators and teachers, providing ongoing mentoring to support student success. Worked effectively with all staff to ensure the development and delivery of quality curriculum to ensure the academic
progression and engagement of all students.

Administered the teacher evaluation process, introducing professional development, coaching and mentoring as required to maintain optimal performance across all grade levels.

Orchestrated the selection, purchase and rollout of school-wide literacy program, resulting in significant improvement to literacy outcomes. Led the implementation of RTI, PLCs and school-wide safety programs.

Served as School Board Appointed Advisor to Superintendent, as well as member of the Building and District School Safety/Crisis teams.

Designed and implemented CSAP/ACT District Writing Assessment Procedures; served as testing supervisor.

Spearheaded the re-design and implementation of attendance and discipline policies, as well as safety plans.
