Content Marketing Manager

- Team lead for internal communication with leadership, including being the point of contact for the fractional Chief Marketing Officer 
- Developing and executing the company’s content and social media marketing strategies
- Help manage and collaborate with industry partners such as The Chronicle of Higher Education, Studio Dive/Higher Ed Dive, and Inside Higher Ed for on cobranded projects, as well as identifying new opportunities for partnerships
- Ensuring all content production meets deadlines, is cohesive, and adheres to brand guidelines
- Manage and analyze organic social media channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube
- Produce and manage content for paid marketing including sponsorships, SEM, social media advertising, etc. 
- Manage internal content calendar with timely, relevant content that is organized and accessible to the entire company. Delegating production to other team members as needed
- Lead producer of the company's For Your Institution Live series, a bi-weekly virtual event series with over 2,800 registrants. Producer responsibilities include email marketing, outline development, Zoom management during live events, guest relations, promotion, etc. 
- Writing and executing targeted email content which includes a monthly client newsletter, a bi-weekly industry newsletter, and other email campaigns associated with lead generation, product launches, virtual events, etc.
- Leadership to other content contributors on the team that includes conducting weekly 1-on-1 meetings, coaching and training, answering questions and providing solutions fit for the company and marketing department
- Editorial review of all marketing assets produced. Assisting with graphics, video editing, writing, etc., as needed.

- Developing and executing the company’s content and social media marketing strategies
- Content creator and oversight for internal and external blogs, organic social media, email campaigns, thought leadership content, videos, presentations, and website content.
- Manage and analyze corporate social media channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube
- Manage internal marketing calendar with timely content, while also delegating production to other marketing team members 
- Assisting with the promotion and production of virtual events, including a bi-weekly webinar series, product launches, guest speakers, etc.
- Producing monthly industry & client specific newsletters

Content & Social Media Manager

College of Public Health and Human Sciences - Oregon State University

- Leading the college's video production from start to finish, including pre-production, filming, editing, graphics, publishing, and more. 
- Managing and creating content for the college's YouTube channel, including a channel redesign and implementing platform search tactics to help recruit prospective students
- Overseeing the college's organic social media accounts, including daily oversight, post-development, content calendar, media, etc. Platforms include Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram.

- Contributing writer for the college's blog, synergies.oregonstate.edu. This includes making complex topics readable by all audiences
- Managing editor of college's WordPress blog, which includes design and publication of all online stories, managing categories and tags, and leading site redesign efforts implemented in Spring 2021. 
- Collaboration with faculty and staff, departments, students, other OSU college marketing departments, as well as Oregon State's Production team on various marketing projects for our college and the university as a whole

These two positions at SWCA required the same job duties. These functions included; updating internal and external websites, work in Photoshop, InDesign, Premier, and other Adobe systems; and assisting with daily tasks for the marketing and corporate communications teams.
