Relationship Manager

• Articulate and present strong understanding of LinkedIn Talent Solutions to various levels of the client relationship in the search and staffing industry within the United Kingdom and Ireland

Associate Relationship Manager

• The first point of contact and responsible for 150 corporate LinkedIn Talent Solutions clients.
• Manage customer requests (billing, order management, Talent Solutions Support, etc.).
• Articulate a strong understanding of Talent Solutions to various levels of the client relationship.
• Mitigate churn via low usage campaigns and customer training.

Customer Success Representative

I supported and trained LinkedIn Talent Solutions clients, primarily in the Nordics (Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland). I worked closely with and supported Relationship Managers (RMs), Account Executives (AEs) and Recruitment Product Consultants (RPCs) based in our Enterprise Sales office in Stockholm.
