Wearing three hats to deliver exceptional results for stakeholders and the company:
- Business Analyst: Discuss needs and current challenges to overcome with stakeholders and propose solutions best suited for their requirements.
- Data Analyst: Capture data required by stakeholders using SQL and transform it ready to be used.
- BI develop: Create intuitive and relevant dashboards with PowerBI to remove the heavy use of Excel and allow BI to guide stakeholders in their role.

Data Steward

Analytical support lead and single point of contact for the aftermarket performance and support.
- Identified trend in historical performance and proposed initiatives to enhance customer delivery, leading to an increase in new orders shipped from stock from 20% to 35% through the implementation of tactical safety stocks and improved forecasting. Consequently, customer delivery performance rose from 61% to 70%.
- Assist the Continuous Improvement lead or spearhead projects aimed at eliminating waste in processes and optimising operations throughout the business.
- Evaluate risks to determine the most effective pathways to achieve company goals
- Optimised legacy reports through automation, reducing our carbon footprint and allowing analysts to focus on more critical tasks. Estimated £35k of labour cost per year redistributed to more critical tasks.
- First point of contact for engineering to track engineering change request and new product injection and development.

Strategic Aftermarket Analyst

Supporting or/and managing sourcing projects with a customer focus across stakeholders. Supporting or acting as operation, commodity and strategic buyer to ensure contract implementation. Key contact for non-strategic supplier and support strategic suppliers on contract and price list negotiations. 
- Conducted spend analysis on 15 customer contracts, identifying cost-saving opportunities and presenting findings to VP management.
- Utilised data analysis to drive informed decisions and reduce operating expenses related to stock and sourcing costs.
- Collaborated with material planner to ensure timely rescheduling when necessary.
- Created a comprehensive tracker to monitor source changes throughout the approval process.
- Implemented a successful customer productivity plan resulting in a cost increase reduction from €1.4m to €10k.

Procurement project buyer

Managing 200+ dormant and low turnover clients in Europe. Sourcing technical aerospace parts used on engines and airframe, processing customer order and supplier order, managing stock level on scheduled orders, supplier deliveries, customer deliveries and any finance issues on invoice with supplier and customer. 
- Conducted thorough technical drawing reviews to ensure accurate supply, part, and quality selection.
