My daily goal and why is built around scaling Dispatch Goods' mission to eliminate waste by designing and building the circular supply chains of tomorrow, accelerating the shift to reusable packaging. We partner with many large meal and grocery delivery companies, food service providers, brands, and other organizations to unlock a returnable packaging program by facilitating logistics, cleaning and processing, QA, inventory tracking, and procurement. I am a high performing Sr. Business Development Manager with many years of experience in complex SaaS sales, expanding markets, and scaling startups. My passion for networking, continuous learning, and building new business relationships make me an incredibly valuable teammate and effective in the work that I do because I care so deeply about progress and having a significant impact on the people around me. One of my top priorities and greatest skills as a professional is in building relationships. I enjoy collaboration with my team and external stakeholders to find the best approach to solving tough problems and finding the best path forward. Putting value in connecting with others and listening intently to their needs has been the main driver in my career success thus far. I support and advocate for the things I care most about; mental health initiatives, animal welfare, environmental justice, innovative solutions, and leaving the earth better than I found it. Whether as an advisor, CEO, employee, mentor, or friend, I believe that collaboration and working collectively always helps to better understand problems and solve them as efficiently as possible. When I'm not out networking and developing value-added strategies for my network, you can find me on a road trip, discovering a new place on the map, or looking for adventure. My NOLS course in Patagonia further shaped my love for nature and caring for the planet we live on and all share. Outside of travel - brewing / trying new beer, golf, skiing, pick-up sports, hiking, art, reading, upcycling or building furniture, cooking, and music are activities that move me.
