Participated in Ipswich project. Worked on WhatsUp Gold - it's network monitoring software. The project is intended to help customers to monitor network devices, servers, virtual and wireless environments in context. An application consists of 2 huge parts: front-end - written on ExtJS, D3js, and back-end - written on C# and C++.

Each developer is responsible for the whole cycle of app production: from gathering customer's requirements and planning to development. Writing unit tests and bug fixing is also everyone's responsibility. In our team, we use scrum lifecycle with 3-week sprints, daily standup meetings, planning and retrospective meetings for each sprint.
