Splitero

As Manager of Sales at Splitero, I oversee a team of 11 direct Homeowner Advisors and 22 indirect Homeowner Advisors, including some of the company’s top sales performers. I focus on leading daily funnel management, hiring, weekly performance management, and Salesforce CRM report creation to monitor projections and drive measurable month-over-month growth.

I also take the lead in onboarding both sales and non-sales employees through Splitero University,  ensuring a seamless ramp-up process that supports the company’s rapid scaling. In addition, I work closely with Marketing, Engineering, and Leadership on quarterly planning and cross-departmental initiatives to optimize operations and maintain strong collaboration across teams.

As Homeowner Advisor Team Lead at Splitero, I managed a team of 4 employees directly and 9 indirectly while continuing to drive results as a top performer. I played a key role in building and formalizing Splitero’s processes, policies, and procedures, including architecting the company’s onboarding material and process, helping scale the organization from 24 to 100+ employees.

I also scoped and established key partnerships, such as an SDR call center to handle inbound leads, and built a framework for Splitero’s wholesale broker channel, positioning the company for growth and operational efficiency.  These efforts lead to my promotion to Manager of Sales.

Homeowner Advisor Team Lead

I joined Splitero as a founding member of its sales team in the role of Homeowner Advisor. As one of the company’s first sales hires, I embraced the challenge of "building the plane mid-flight," engaging with homeowners on day one and consistently driving results. In becoming Splitero's top-performing Homeowner Advisor, I collaborated across departments—including Marketing, Processing, Underwriting, Closing, Legal, Engineering, and Leadership—to optimize the homeowner experience and refine internal processes.

My efforts not only helped shape Splitero's early success but also led to my promotion to Homeowner Advisor Team Lead, where I began mentoring others and driving team-wide performance improvements.

What began as a high school project turned into a full time business. After a summer business camp at San Marcos University the summer of my junior year, I had the idea of a mobile car detailing business to cover my vehicle expenses as a new driver.   
I became the proud owner OC Personal Detail, operating within Orange County and surrounding areas.
During my time as a small business owner:
-I learned how to market my services through digital marketing and social media
-Learned the basics of web design which enabled me to create and manage my own website with weather reports, a photo library, & an interactive schedule
-Hired close friends to help me manage high demand periods like weekends and holiday promotions

Relentless and results-driven professional with 12+ years of sales experience, including 5+ years in fintech and mortgage. My most recent roles include 2 years at Better.com and nearly 3 years as a founding member of Splitero, where I lead in sales (all-time leader in unit count and dollar volume) and contribute to marketing, product development, partnerships, and operations. Fluent in Spanish and shaped by my upbringing as the son of Argentine immigrants, I bring a global perspective and deep passion for making homeownership attainable and scalable.

I thrive in fast-paced startup environments where growth, innovation, and collaboration intersect. Beyond work, I manage a room-for-rent business I established in 2021, study decentralized technologies, and enjoy tackling my ever-growing bookshelf. My downtime includes long walks with my dog, grilling for friends, expanding my record collection, and traveling to blockchain conferences.
