Public Sector Account Executive - Healthcare (Field)

Dunlop Sports

Srixon is a sports equipment brand owned by SRI Sports Limited, a subsidiary of Sumitomo Rubber Industries Ltd., also owner of Dunlop Sport. Srixon focuses on golf, with its balls holding the largest number of patents worldwide and having previously supplied other leading manufacturers such as Dunlop Slazenger.

•	Individually manage the revenue & sales of 250 active accounts & 65 partner accounts totaling $2.83 million in 2022, up from $1.67 million in 2021 (59% YoY Growth).
•	Opened 27 new partner accounts over 13-month period from September 2021-October 2022 (up 103% - had 26 existing partner accounts before tenure began).
•	Build a pipeline of prospective accounts & maintain partner account golf shops, country clubs, box stores & off-course retail stores for XXIO throughout New Jersey.

Territory Manager

Phonak

Phonak has been committed to developing, producing, and distributing life-changing hearing solutions for more than 75 years. As part of the Sonova Group, we foster a world in which there is a solution to every hearing loss and all people equally enjoy the delight of hearing.

Responsibilities:
•	Conducted hearing aid demonstrations & train providers on how to use Phonak’s proprietary Target fitting software to effectively fit hearing aids to patients, resulting in $5.5 million in revenue in FY 2020-2021 (19% growth YoY).
•	Performed 60 sales calls/monthly, the majority of which were conducted in person, maintained existing accounts & built a pipeline of new prospects in 5 geographic segments of territory.
•	Negotiated multiple loan agreements with private practice customers to secure 85% of their hearing aid business.
•	Conduct field visits with Doctors of Audiology & Hearing Instrument Specialists to drive revenue growth & spread awareness of Phonak hearing instruments, business development services & practice support systems.
•	Utilized Salesforce.com for data logging, prospecting, territory management & planning, scheduling & internal communications.

Accomplishments/Awards:
•	Member of 100% to Quota President's Club, achieving 111% to quota in FY 2020-2021.
•	Elected to Phonak's "Inner Circle Advisory Board," cultivating relationships with partner vendors to grow top accounts.
•	Selected as member in "Lyric Masterclass" series as one of top Lyric hearing aid account earners in the US market.
•	Elected to 2021 Phonak "Field Advisory Board," designed to improve best practices & standards for Territory Managers

Regional Sales Manager

WSAudiology

Formed in 2019 through the merger of Sivantos and Widex, WS Audiology combines over 140 years of experience in pioneering better solutions to help people with hearing loss. While Sivantos’ roots extend back to the 19th century, Widex came into existence in 1956. Both, Widex and Sivantos, began with dedicated, creative and savvy founders who had a vision to help the hard of hearing stay connected to the world of sound.

Responsibilities: 
•	Initiated high volume of outbound calls to both customer base and non-buyers, identified and generated new business leads in coordination with field sales partner, and promoted, signed and monitored accounts to customer loyalty programs and campaigns.
•	Monitored and contacted declining accounts to determine reason for decline and propose corrective actions, exhibiting superior customer experience, loyalty, and confidence.
•	Demonstrated extensive knowledge of all Signia / Rexton products, sales programs, services, and processes.

Accomplishments/Awards:
•	Winner of ISR “Top Sales Rep to Quota” award in FY 2018 (118.7% to quota)
•	President's Club Winner in FY 2016, 2018 and 2019 (quota achievement over 100%)
