Empathy must be a core value if you really want to help a friend, family, colleague, or client. As a Customer Success and IT Professional, empathy has allowed me to build a diverse career in the technology sector. Along with my technical capabilities, it has helped me gain other skills such as leadership, communication, project management, and business analysis. For the past five years my career focus has been working with clients whose technology needs and support have been outsourced. Customers require superior delivery of services and support. This is where I enter the picture. I ensure that services are delivered to the client's satisfaction and supported by Customer Success best practices. Currently, I work with physicians and medical clinics as a trusted advisor to ensure they are successful in their day-to-day operational work. As a Physician Success Manager, I recruit, onboard, and retain physicians on an ongoing basis to ensure our virtual and in-person clinics run optimally and patients' receive high quality care. Once onboarded, physicians are supported with a variety of systems and processes so they can focus on patient care. Support includes: access to virtual care applications, onsite and virtual medical office assistants, an EMR, and technical support.
