Alex was responsible for the development of various risk governance and risk strategy reports as well as delivering complex roadmaps that helped clients turn conventional risk management into an integral part of the organisational framework. 
•	Alex conducted risk management benchmarking studies against the requirements of ISO31000:2009, AS 4360:2004, COSO:ERM and HB 158:2006, including one for the largest Kazakhstan national holding company (oil & gas, railways, energy, mining and telecoms) that became the foundation for the continuous risk management improvement across the whole holding. 
•	Alex acted as one of the key co-contributors to the global PwC risk management methodology and was responsible for its roll out across Russia, Poland and Kazakhstan. Alex was also responsible for providing annual internal risk management training in Paris.
