Mainly counterintuitive ones. 

Most people will add more channels, more tools, more complexity.

The winners will do the opposite.

1. 2-3 channels max
↳ Find your winners through A/B testing. 
Double down hard. Kill everything else. Boost ROI.

2. ABX replaces ABM
↳ Account-Based Experience orchestrates the full client lifecycle. 
Traditional ABM just targets accounts. Hyper-personalization.

3. Behavioral routing beats firmographics
↳ CEO at insurance = hot lead? Not if they never opened an email.
Mid-level manager + 3 opens + pricing page visit = Actual intent.
