During my time at KHLim, I successfully designed and implemented a magnetic card solution and user interface for the university as part of my final degree project. This project involved Java and Oracle technologies and was completed to meet the university's operational needs.

•	Designing, developing and updating billing products and processes in Kenan and Clarify.
•	Handling Communications with the printing house to ensure the products and usage are displayed correctly in the invoice.
•	Creating and executing the test cases for every new or modified Kenan/Clarify product or process.
•	Documenting the Macro/Micro design of the project.
•	Providing support to several departments when an integration issue appears.

•	Providing Arbor and Clarify solutions regarding incidences about pricing plans, recurring charges, non-recurring charges, rates, corridors, discounts and credits.
•	Fixing Kenan rating defects on a daily basis due to several issues like database deadlocks, bad data or problems in script performance.
•	Provide production support 24x7.
•	Developing shell and C+ fixes when the solution couldn't be done using the current Kenan functionalities.
•	Active member of the migration team upgrading Kenan to Kenan FX.
•	Documenting the Macro/Micro design of the project.

In this role, I tested Kenan/Arbor BP products, including pricing plans, recurring and non-recurring charges, and rates. My work was conducted primarily using Unix and Sybase systems to ensure that the products met the business requirements and were implemented smoothly.
