Pasa una semana, dos semanas, 25 días... y nada. (literal)   
   
Entonces, me decido a escribir:   
"Hola XYZ, me dijiste que me avisarías y aún no supe nada más".   
   
La respuesta del reclutador (10 doritos después):   
"El que decide acaba de volver de un viaje en familia, mañana te digo".   
   
Pasaron meses desde ese mensaje y nunca llegó el correo prometido.   
   
Yo tenía trabajo, pero igual me molesto mucho porque...   
   
1- Una falta total de respeto   
2- Una falta total de profesionalismo   
3- Uso a discreción del tiempo de las personas   
   
Pero por sobre todo:   
Una falta de empatía total, de principio a fin.   
   
📌 Si trabajas en RRHH, tienes que ser humano. Es decir, empático.   
📌 El tiempo y el esfuerzo de las personas merecen más que un simple "te avisamos"   
   
Lo básico...   
Lo mínimo que podés darle a esa persona es un gracias por tu tiempo y darle un feedback de SI o NO.

We are Spanish speakers that we are proud of our English own accent.

What is the most important in the languages ? 
The accent or the objetive of communicate something ? 

I am really proud of being tri lingue. And also understand other 2 languages.

Being both Spanish and English seemed like my weakness

In England people made jokes of my Spanish accent

Whilst in Spain, people also joked about my posh english

Until I realized that was complete bullsh*t

Being English and Spanish has been my competitive advantage

• I have collaborated with companies in over 30 countries
• I have several team members from both nationalities
• Also I have expanded US/UK brands into Spain
• And Spanish brands into Europe and USA

All of this, would have been impossible without my bilingualism
