* Provide on-site Level 1 and Level 2 Helpdesk support to our Federal government client 
* Image new and existing desktop/laptops with customized image 
* Transfer files from old devices being replaced onto new devices

Desktop Support Specialist (United States Agency of International Development)

Currently I’m a software engineer 3 and subject matter expert for Augustine Consulting.

I have over twelve years of experience working in the IT and cyber security field, and I hold several certifications, such as ITIL, Security Essentials, Azure Fundamentals, and CompTIA SEC+. I am currently working on my CISM certification. 

I was a sergeant in the Virginia Army National Guard and a 25 non-commissioned officer, responsible for providing forward signal support and maintaining communication equipment. I graduated with honors from Fort Gordon, where I gained skills in radio frequency /antenna infrastructure and signal support. 

I will reclass to 35F and then become an officer in the U.S. Army.

Additionally, I am the founder and CEO of Wilson Enterprise Solutions, LLC, a consulting company that supports all-size organizations and residential customers with their IT needs. 

I am a doctoral student at Capella University, pursuing a degree in Information Technology, and my life's work will be dedicated to the human advancement and development of artificial intelligence, information technology, and cyber security standards. I will continue to pursue this degree during fall 2024.
