If you're doing a lot of batching-type work today, try to use the Gemini button at the top right of your chrome tab (pictured below)

The primary difference between Gemini vs Claude/ChatGPT is that it can see what you're doing if you're using Google Chrome and you can prompt it specific tasks. 

A specific one I use for day to day SEO work is if I'm checking Ahrefs domains I ask Gemini to just list domains with specific criteria vs manually checking myself. 

9/10 times it can do most things if you prompt it well, give it a try today specifically for manual repetitive work. Super helpful for the average remote worker.

About 20 days into the new year, the most helpful frame I've had for work/life in general is treating both as a repeatable game where I try to get a little better.

I've been documenting my work/life actions in Google docs/notes for a few months, and the key insight I got is you basically have a limited number of moves. On an average day, I might do 40-50 actions from something as simple as brushing my teeth to writing a long article.

There was a study I read that showed the vast majority of humans spend 45-90% of their time on repeat actions. This includes everyone from doctors and lawyers to people in entry-level roles. If you're having any issue today, it's 9 times out of 10 a process issue.

You can boil most things down to: A) What is the goal? B) What's the process (exact step-by-step process anyone can follow to achieve the goal)?
The TLDR is basically if you want different results, fix or create a process. A simple one I found via trial and error is to have a "doing" vs "possible to do" list. There's almost always more work that could be done than what you will do, but having a clear list of all I could do gave me conviction that the actual task I'm currently doing is the most important one.

Knowing that it's a finite game will also show you that work (and life generally) is far more of a MOVEMENT game than a thinking/intellectual game. If you do 10 actions with 0 motivation/thinking, you'll go much farther than intellectualizing the single best next move.

Try it for a few days if what you're doing isn't currently working. Just write down your primary goal for the day, take 20-30 imperfect actions toward it, and you'll get real-world feedback and make far more progress than you'd imagine.
