My best sleep score so far this year (83) — and very much needed. 😴✨

What’s interesting is this:
before partnering with Ultrahuman , I never tracked my sleep. Ever!

I thought I slept “fine”. Turns out, fine and optimal are very different things.

Yesterday — I had the honour of having lunch with Awet Kibrab 🇪🇷🇳🇴, my African brother from Eritrea who is now a proud Norwegian citizen.

He shared his incredible journey: leaving Eritrea alone as a young boy, driven purely by the hope of a better life. His story is one of extraordinary resilience, discipline, and self-belief. When everyone doubted him… he believed he had the ability. 👏

Fast forward to today — Awet turned his marathon debut into a statement:

We also spoke in depth about the importance of sleep and recovery in elite performance. From here on, Awet will be using Ultrahuman to track and analyse his nightly recovery — deep sleep, REM cycles, HRV, overnight stress, and readiness. This will allow his coaching team to fine-tune training loads, reduce fatigue, and ensure he peaks on race day with precision.
Sleep is a performance multiplier, and with data-driven insights, we aim to optimise every part of his recovery journey. 🧠💤💪
