Ensuring reliable and smooth running of the plant  by felicitous maintenance and
control system up gradation practices and conforming to apt safety standards. 
Core Responsibilities: 
• Working as Automation engineer in Maintenance Department and leading a team of
technicians and Sub-Engineer. 
• System optimization by optimizing the  PLC control logic for production
enhancement, energy saving, down time reduction and equipment / worker's 
protection. 
• Planning of preventive maintenance and the execution of plans to minimize
breakdown maintenance and keeping the equipment of all shops (Body Shop, Paint

registration of VFDs and other instruments. 
• Demands of the role include making job procedures ,job planning, maintaining
inventory and spares, root cause analyses of equipment failures, and meeting technical
needs of the plant with changing scenarios of production, quality and reliability.

(JAPAN). 
• Installation and commissioning of TCF and Vehicle quality line project with DK&G
(KOREA).
