Looking after Paid Media strategy and sales for clients at a HubSpot Diamond Partner. 

Worked heavily on a variety of paid accounts, whilst learning the ins and outs of Inbound Marketing and complex website projects all built on the HubSpot CMS.

I was also the resident marketing manager tasked with executing a multi-channel strategy involving up to 8 stakeholders in the business to fill the sales pipeline with over 4000 leads.

Did full deep-dive HubSpot analysis and reporting for clients, led projects with up to 8 members of staff involved, had strict deadlines and deliverables, and worked closely with commercial teams to optimise front-end marketing for greater back-end sales efficiency.

Youngest senior in company history and was lucky enough to be looking after paid media across all B2B facets of The Hut Group. THG Eco, THG Ingenuity, THG Hosting, THG Detect and UK2.

Managing a myriad of budgets mostly on Google whilst focusing on efficient data capture, bespoke landing page and successful customer journey creation.

Senior Digital Marketing Executive

Promoted from managing the smaller accounts to looking after the largest B2B budgets across the company.

Managed over £200k in annual budgets and was part of the team that set up the entire sales cycle for THG Hosting on Salesforce.

No organic presence for the brand so paid was the sole driver of inbound revenue, pipeline was multi-7-figures of contract value at the end of 12 months after the paid activity.

Moved onto the B2B facet of THG working on meta accounts for a website builder called Dotable and a D2C hosting brand called UK2. 

Performance on these accounts allowed me to get promoted into looking after the Google Ads for THG Hosting now called Ingenuity Cloud Services.

Focused on affiliate work for a good period of this time which included managing partnership relationships, organising promotional activity on various voucher sites, and doing outreach to build new partnerships based on seasonal promotional times.

Lucky to be awarded Apprentice One To Watch 2019 in my first 2 months at the company.
