Headhunt for potential candidates & Share job post in various media channels. 
Screen potential candidates CVs, conducting phone interviews with candidates & and performing face to face interviews. 
Arrange second interviews to shortlisted candidates with HOD. 
Send the job offer to selected candidate.  
Explain the company orientation to new employees.  
Handle all process after hiring such as employment contract, social insurance application and the hiring documents with all new employees and maintain it in the employee files). 
Create, maintain and update personnel files in complying with the Egyptian labor law, (Hard copy and Soft copy). 
Responsible for all required forms for the social insurance (Forms 1, 6). 
Resignations & Termination procedures (Sign resignations, Form 6, Disclaimer form and financial settlements). 
Follow up employee’s attendance (Fingerprint, Absence, excuses, and missions). 
Follow up and review the vacations for each employee (Annual vacations, public holidays and sick leaves). 
Payroll effects (penalties, absence, bonus, overtime, allowances and deductions). 
Provide assistance and advice to all departments of the company and employees for any inquiries relating to personnel and payroll. 
Responsible for (Investigations, preparing warning letters and penalties) according to the internal regulations of the company. 
Prepare HR Letters (Experience certificates, bank letters, opening bank account) & Governmental Medical insurance (form 111). 
Conducting exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination & resignation and make turn over report.
