Ali Adab is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur who has spent nearly two decades building, leading, and scaling ventures at the intersection of entertainment, technology, and the creator economy. Ali was recently appointed Partner & COO at Fixated, a global leader in digital entertainment that powers the growth of the world’s most influential creators. Focused on content development and monetization, Fixated partners with creators to elevate their brands and build their businesses. Prior to Fixated, Ali was Chief Content Officer at SoleSavy, and end-to-end sneaker platform where he oversaw Marketing & Content, and led strategic business development initiatives, including helping creators, artists, and celebrities launch their own original footwear. Prior to SoleSavy, Ali was the Vice President of Content & Partnerships at BBTV, a globally-leading media tech company that reached more than 600 million unique viewers monthly. There he helped some of the world’s largest creators grow their businesses while acquiring and distributing content on platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. At BBTV, Ali oversaw several key departments including Content Acquisition, Talent Management, and International Markets, where BBTV operates in 10 languages across 28 countries. He was also a driving force behind the company’s music brand, Opposition, which works with major clients including 21 Savage, Major Lazer, and Lyrical Lemonade. Prior to BBTV, Ali Adab founded Miso Digital, one of the earliest digital marketing and distribution companies focused on helping independent artists connect and sell directly to their fans. Throughout his career, he has personally managed and worked with multi-platinum artists such as DMX, Wu-Tang Clan and Bif Naked. Ali holds an MBA from Cornell University, and a BA in Economics from the University of Western Ontario.
