- Introduced performance marketing systems, including the implementation of tracking codes and pixels (GTM, Facebook pixel, Google Analytics, Google Ads Conversion tracking, Remarketing codes, and UTM tags).
- Engaged in the company websites conversion rate optimization (CRO) and audit processes, resulting in a 300-500% average increase in conversion after an audit.
- Successfully launched PPC ads (Pay Per Click ads), including Google Ads (Display, Search, Youtube), FB and Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat and LinkedIn ads across more than 50 companies.
- Conducted AB (split test method to define best performing ads, creatives, captions, audiences, etc) tests to determine the best performing creatives, audiences, biddings, and captions.

Hired to run social media platforms of the key clients, such as St. Regis Doha, Doha Festival City, Oryx Rotana,  wherein I was involved with digital marketing, specifically with SM ads, including Facebook/Instagram ads, Twitter ads, Google Adwords (search and display) and YouTube ads.
Main outcomes: 
- Created digital strategies for key clients with a detailed 1-year action plan. 
- Controlled and planned advertising campaigns and budgets as per media buying plan.  
- Defined various hypotheses for advertising campaigns for further split tests (placements, audiences, call-to-actions, creatives, captions and etc.)

Primarily I was involved with digital marketing, search ads, social media ads, email marketing, Worked on 35 projects and ran 500+ ads campaigns.

- Managed both SM and digital marketing campaigns for a huge event in Kazakhstan called "Global Business Forum-2015" resulted in 1000+ tickets sold with CPA only $9 (10X ROAS). 
- Ran two large-scale ads campaigns for two leading shopping malls in Kazakhstan.
- Created digital marketing strategies for 20+ companies   
- Spoke on 50+ open seminars and workshops as a Facebook ads and digital marketing expert.

ASSOS DIAMOND

Hired to oversee SM pages and run Google ads for some specific products. The main objective was to build an efficient and comprehensive acquisition funnel for online-sellable products, such as wedding and engagement rings.
Main outcomes: 
- Oversaw website and landing sale pages development, drawing mock-ups and briefs for web-designers. 
- Created a digital marketing strategy for specific products breaking down into various sales funnels.
- Ran a number of internal workshops to clarify the process of working with the sales funnel, focusing on client-oriented marketing.
- Developed a Facebook fan page that has 14K+ followers, and persuaded management to move money from tv and radio advertising to fund SM ads and Google AdWords. 
- Established Instagram page and quickly built following 20K+ by engaging with the community, and using new tools like online raffles, as the result run one of the largest online raffle draw expanding the audience of 500K+.

China Connection

Hired to implement all marketing activities and plans in order to reach KPI's of the company. Most notably, in that period I started involving in digital marketing, made me realize that it's the future of entire marketing. 
Main outcomes: 
- Increased the share of online marketing in sales to 20 percent (from scratch).
- One of the first in the company launched Google Ads as a tool and source of new customers.
- Utilized all best practices of the digital marketing of that time to establish efficient acquisition funnel.
- Worked in close collaboration with SEO agencies and briefed them on search terms for the niche.
