As CodinGame and CoderPad merged last year, I lead the global content marketing team for both B2B brands, addressing 3 audiences- Talent acquisition, Engineering Manager and IC engineers. 

-Contributing to building and spreading our brand storytelling through content
-In charge of defining the strategy, the goals, managing projects, tracking results, and optimizing processes.
-Lead a team of field marketers and external contractors
-Reporting on funnel metrics to board stakeholders

Head of Content Marketing - Global

Reponsible for identifying the best perfoming channels - from organic to paid - SEA, Social ads, Referral - to generate revenue, decide on budget attribution and priorities

Achieved: 
> Put in place funnel reporting from campaigns to MRR 
> Revamped part of the website to launch campaigns
> Built predictive models to define Q4 goals and attribute budget

Head of Demand Generation EMEA

Working closely with our Content Manager at CodinGame, I'm in charge of : 

- Customer/Personas : Analyze current customer base and talk to customers to update personas, pain points and topics to write content about.
- Content strategy : Craft a solid multi-format, multi-channel B2B content strategy. 
- Content roadmap:  maintain and continuously improve a long-term editorial roadmap to power our Inbound Marketing efforts. 
- Tracking & Dashboard: Analyze and measure the effectiveness of content campaigns through collecting data and producing reports. Ensure that insights are implemented in current and future strategies. 

Achieved: 
> x2 production of content: blog posts, video, guides etc. 
> From 5 to 30% of MQLs coming from organic content strategies
> Brought 70% of our new content to 1st page on Google on selected keywords

- Conducted interviews and field research to create itineraries for several outdoor destinations and give context to adventure stories and testimonials. 
- Make synthesis of my research for the team to make editorial decisions
- Write 40 pages in the two issues of the magazine on several topics: itinerary ideas, adventure stories, outdoor bike, kayak, and trail competitions.
