Working with the in-house communications team, we're responsible for how the world views our brand. Leading the content strategy, training and spokesperson-led approach to PR and communications.

Day-to-day tasks include press releases, articles, copywriting and editing, as well as media training and interview preparation, CSR and community outreach, crisis management, customer service communications, stakeholder communications and internal comms.

My role includes monitoring and analysing press coverage and team KPIs, driving year-on-year growth time and again.

Writing successful awards entries, including Best Companies (top 10 companies for five out of seven years entered) and Great Places to Work Best Workplaces. Other successful entries include National Business Awards and a Princess Royal Training Award.

Leading our in-house press and PR team, building strong strategies, press relations, online reputation management and generally getting our news heard - whether that's on the BBC Breakfast sofa, in the local newspaper or on social media. Thinking outside of the traditional PR box.
