Alice Yim is a dynamic entrepreneur with a multifaceted career spanning real estate, senior care, and fashion design. She embarked on her real estate journey in 2018 and further honed her expertise by joining the Brad Sumrok Personal Mentorship Program in 2021, specializing in multifamily syndication. Alice has successfully amassed ownership of over 1,038 units, including three GP deals and three LP deals across major cities like Dallas-Fort Worth, Odessa, Houston, and Nashville. Driven by a passion for senior care and residential assisted living, Alice completed a one-year mentorship training program in 2021 at the Residential Assisted Living Academy. She partnered with two Fort Worth-based professionals to convert a 3,500 sq ft ranch home into a fully licensed 10-bed residential assisted living facility, Timeless Care Homes. Through collective expertise and dedication, they created a nurturing environment that adhered to the highest standards of care for their residents. Alice exited the partnership after two years, achieving a 2.7x return on her investment. Currently, Alice is focused on Home Building Mastery, a venture she co-founded with John Delia Jr. Their mission is to incubate new developers, fostering growth and innovation by using the latest technologies and framework, including Cold Form Steel, in the real estate sector. In addition to her real estate ventures, Alice is an accomplished fashion designer and entrepreneur. She founded Alice Yim New York in 2007, a fashion brand that gained recognition through sponsorships from WeWork and Style Fashion Week during NYFW. In 2015, she established Industry Global, a marketing firm that serves investors and designers, further showcasing her versatility and entrepreneurial spirit. Alice believes in not chasing the next big thing. Instead, she focuses on investing in people, continuously educating, cultivating herself to shed light and add meaning to everyone she meets and everything she does.
