I embarked on my real estate journey in 2018 and joined the Brad Sumrok Personal Mentorship Program in 2021 to enhance her knowledge and skills in multifamily investment. I specialized in multifamily syndication, amassing ownership of over 1038 units, including 3 GP deals and 3 LP deals across cities like DFW, Odessa, Houston, and Nashville. In addition to my real estate ventures, I am an entrepreneur and fashion designer. I founded Alice Yim New York in 2007, a fashion brand that gained recognition through sponsorships from WeWork and Style Fashion Week during NYFW. Furthermore, in 2015, I established Industry Global, a marketing firm serving investors and designers. My creative thinking and attention to detail extend beyond design and multifamily real estate. My passion for senior care and residential assisted living led me to complete a one-year mentorship training program at the Residential Assisted Living Academy. This opportunity allowed me to join ventures with my two former partners, Justin and Tanner. Together, they co-own a 10-bed residential assisted living home (Timeless Care Homes) located in Fort Worth, TX. Through our collective expertise and dedication, we ensure the highest standards of care and create a nurturing environment for the residents. I also licensed in Life & Health insurance in multiple states, including Texas, providing valuable guidance and support to individuals seeking long-term healthcare needs and financial protection. My commitment to excellence and diverse skill set enable me to provide comprehensive care and support to those I served.
