•	Achieving HR projects  through to resolution, including change of pension provider, change to holiday year and change of pay date.

•	Operational support to the HR Director and Head of HR to deliver strategic outcomes, including talent management and staff engagement.

•	Supporting senior managers with change initiatives.

•	ER case management, supporting managers (up to the Executive level) with investigatory meetings, formal hearings and appeals, to varying degrees of complexity.

•	Working closely with middle and senior management to foster a high-performance environment and to proactively identify and resolve issues. 

•	Managing the annual benefits renewal process, liaising with external brokers and ensuring that all necessary information is provided on-time and accurately.

•	Overseeing the monthly payroll of 250 employees and performing year-end payroll activities to ensure compliance with HMRC and payroll legislation.

•	Reviewing, developing and revising HR policies to ensure a consistent and fair approach to management. 

•	Running the annual performance review: holding performance appraisal sessions to managers; recording and tracking performance reviews; updating all salary changes and monitoring any unusual patterns in ratings.
