I get that it’s exhausting 😩 and frustrating 😖 having to put up with:





The feelings of shame 😳, sadness ☹️and despair 😩 that Psoriasis brings

The flakiness, itchiness and irritation 😤 of the skin that Psoriasis brings

The toxic thoughts (“I have dinosaur 🦖 skin”) that Psoriasis brings





But it’s also true that Psoriasis can be improved and managed

By healing those emotional wounds

That are stuck in the body





As Marisa Peer says:

“The feeling that cannot find its expression in tears may cause other organs to weep”





Given that the skin is the biggest organ,

When we release that emotional bagage

And build self-compassion

We free up space for our skin to heal and protect us

Let me tell you that this is a lie 🤥! 

A lie that your mind is telling you to keep you stuck 😝.
