After years in the C-Suite as a strategic leader inside the financial services industry, I started Amplify Your Voice to help firms take ineffective marketing efforts, identify a purpose-driven strategy and implement it to drive revenue growth. In other words, I’m hired to understand your “why” and direct your “what” and “how.” Emotional intelligence is my secret sauce for actively listening to your client’s needs and getting your team motivated and on board aligned behind a common goal. Prior to founding Amplify Your Voice, as the CMO for Skience, I led the development of the firm’s strategic marketing and communication plan and was responsible for driving brand and defining a long-term vision. I’ve also held roles as head of practice management for Orion after the merger with Brinker Capital, where I was CMO and founded The Center for Outcomes, a training program for financial advisors. Additionally, I served as an Officer at The Guardian Life Insurance Company (and RS Investments) and worked at AB (previously AllianceBernstein Investments), Equitable (previously AXA Equitable), and DWS (previously Scudder Investments). To facilitate team training, I’m certified with Multi-Health Systems to administer Bar-On’s EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 assessments and can lead emotional intelligence training workshops to varying sets of audiences. I’m a proud Advisory Board member for JR Global Events and Events On Call. When I’m not helping clients build purpose-driven relationships and grow their revenue, you can find me cheering loudly for my boys on the football field sidelines and in the TaeKwonDo dojang (and praying they don’t get hurt). Otherwise, I’m seen around town walking my Bernedoodle, Rocky Balboa McCarthy (an homage to the Philly suburbs where I live).
