- Manage the day to day activities of the financial reporting administrators
- Manage workflow efficiencies to meet client deliverables and to ensure timely and accurate production of financial statements by allocating and organizing work, setting deadlines and implementing procedures
- Plan financial statements production calendars to ensure timely preparation, review and release to clients/auditors
- Attract, develop, engage and retain employees using available resources
- Oversee the preparation and review of interim and annual financial statements in accordance with Lux GAAP/ IFRS requirements for alternative investments private equity funds
- Train new staff members as well as provide developmental opportunities and performance evaluation to existing staff.

Senior Associate

Preparation and review of periodic bank reconciliations and general journal entries for all private equity fund entities.
Distribution and investment funding accounting processing and review.
Preparation of quarterly and annual financial work papers including portfolio investment schedules and capital statements.
Interacting with internal auditors providing requested information as needed.
Participation in special client or internal projects.

Senior Fund Accountant

Private Equity Department 

- Perform the accounting processes that include accounting documents and journal processing, payments preparation, account reconciliation, preparation and verification of the reports etc. 
- Shadow accounting processing at the local country during the transition period. Prepare transition documentation according to the instructions. -
 Complete Net Asset Value calculation ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Complete and prove reasonability of the Fund valuation components.
