Global Learning Enablement Specialist

- daily supervision of the team (delivery, process, business operations etc.)

- maintaining relationship with training and professional services agencies

Training Manager

- train employees: soft-skills (communication, customer service, negotiation) & hard-skills (technical/process related skills, MS Outlook, MS Excel, data entry)
- creating presentations to facilitate delivering information
- constantly updating and improving work procedures
- knowledge transfer in start-up projects (from client's location to the in-house team)
- quality checks on low performers and creating improvement plans
- daily and monthly quantitative and qualitative reports
- administrative tasks: booking training rooms

Trainer

- recruiting personnel (sourcing, screening, interviewing), using internal systems or through outsourcing; 
- always keeping in touch with hiring managers and constantly updating ideal candidate's profile to meet business' needs
- maintaining contact with recruitment agencies;
- administrating CVs from the data base;

Recruitment Specialist

- planning activities and shifts, ensuring an efficient allocation of desks and computers 
- escalating problems regarding the malfunctioning of applications/computers to IT department in a timely manner
- building teams and creating a good morale among team members
